Crystal Park Revitalization includes acquiring and renovating the Former Rotunda Bank Branch. The project will generate jobs, establish 24 affordable senior housing units named after Stephen Perry, and offer commercial space for multiple businesses.
This project also includes ABCD's new headquarters - now known as the "Will Dent Center for Community & Economic Development", a storage facility for ABCD Vehicles, a training site geared towards the construction trades.
The O'Jays Plaza is set to house an O'Jays group tribute museum and a top-tier restaurant, while also becoming the new headquarters for ABCD's Transportation Department.
