Vivica Williams is an experienced Office Manager in the area of Energy Conservation and Weatherization with a demonstrated history of working for The ABCD, Inc. for over 22 years. She is skilled in nonprofit program management, customer service, team building, fundraising, strong interpersonal communication and supervision management.
She is a compassionate and ambitious professional with an Associated Degree in Secretarial Science; with a focus on continuing her education. Previously, she worked at ABCD, Inc. as a receptionist and Energy Conservation Coordinator, developing educational programs and best practices for the weatherization and conservation program.
Also, she works part-time at Synchrony Financial (former GE Capital) as a Customer Service Representative in the Collections Department.
Her knowledge of working in a nonprofit organization and experience orchestrating successful long term planning efforts creates opportunities to help people in the Stark County community achieve its goal of livability and economic growth.
Vivica believes that her ministry of outreach will continue to help others.
