Houmandre' Pender

Homaundre’ A. Pender possesses strong business qualifications with an impressive track record of more than 20 years of leadership experience in strategic planning, staff management, engineering, project development and financial management. 

He has worked with companies and organizations such as General Motors, The Timken Company and Republic Steel.

In his current role, Pender is responsible for the day-to-day operations of The ABCD, Inc. and directs all activities, operations and logistics of Transportation, Housing and The Housewarming business units. 

Homaundre’ is a proven leader, known for implementing solutions to challenges that each business unit face every day, including management and operations, drivers safety, budgeting, finances, planning and technology implementation. 

Homaundre’ received an Associate’s Degree in Electronics from DeVry University in Woodbridge, NJ; a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Organizational Management from Malone University of Canton, OH. 

He earned a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from Ashland University.

He currently serves as a Commissioner on the Civil Service Commission for the City of Canton.
