Homaundre Pender, Chairperson of the Board |

 Homaundre (Monty) Pender, a life long resident of Canton, Ohio, is a graduate of Heritage Christian High School and received his Bachelors Degree in Organizational Management in 1999 from Malone College; and also earned an Associates Degree in Electronics Technology from DeVry University in 1987.
He currently serves as Chairperson of the Board of Directors of Association for a Better Community Development, Inc. ( ABCD, Inc)., and has been a member since 2001. He also serves on both Community Relations and Management Committees. He has received additional training in Management, Diversity, Quality Control, Safety and AutoCAD (Computer Aided Design).
Homaundre has a background in engineering and management and has worked for The Timken Company and General Motors. He is currently a Order Inquiry Analyst at Republic Engineered Products, Canton Ohio.
He is also a member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. were he serves as Vice-Basileus (President) of the Kappa Tau Chapter in Canton, Ohio.
